Our Return and Exchange Process:

Return and Exchange Window : 5 Days of Order Received 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we request that you provide an unboxing video as proof. 

A return pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.

Please ensure the product is unused, securely packed, and returned in its original condition along with the box and invoice.

Proper packaging is necessary to avoid damage during return transit.

After the product is received and inspected in its original condition, a refund or replacement as opted by the buyer / customer will be issued.

Refunds will only be processed if the product and packaging are returned undamaged and complete.

Order Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been Shipped.

If it has been shipped you need to wait till it gets delivered – so that you may raise a return or exchange request as per out return and exchange policy described above.

For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation is completed before dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may proceed with a return after delivery.

Refund processing time may take 15 – 25 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
